Refreshing Drinks for Summer

As the temperatures rise and the sun blazes down, there's nothing quite like a cold, refreshing drink to keep you cool and energized throughout the day. These three natural, hydrating drinks—Jaggery Juice, Mango Juice, and Watermelon Juice—are packed with nutrients, bursting with flavor, and perfect for quenching your thirst this summer.

1. Watermelon Juice: Put 1 cup of watermelon flesh in the grinder , add few mint leaves, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black salt, 1 tbsp sugar and few ice cubes, blend it all together. Strain the juice, put some ice cubes and a pinch of chat masala in the juice and serve it with plain soda.

2. Jaggery Juice: Put 4-5 tbsp of jaggery powder in the grinder. Add few mint leaves, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 cup cold water; blend it all together. Serve it with lemon wedges and ice cubes.

3. Mango juice: Put 1 cup of mango pulp into a blender, add 1 ½ cup of cold water to it and add 4 tbsp sugar and blend it all together. Serve it with diced mango, ice cream and finely chopped dry fruits.
